Bill brings a lifetime of experience that began on a small family farm in the Ozarks. Relationships, integrity, and hard work make all the difference in a small community and those lessons still guide his path today.

Based in Kansas City since 2000, he brings over a decade of experience as Development Director at KKFI 90.1FM Community Radio and VP of Revenue Operations at The Beacon News. In his tenure, he made vast improvements in the operations areas of those organizations while at the same time raising millions in financial support. During that time he also received his Fundraising Leadership Certificate from the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership.

In his time in KC, he founded the Crossroads Music Fest in 2005, which is now one of the longest-running music festivals in the region. He still calls KC home with his wife and two daughters and is currently performing with the Starhaven Rounders.
